In case where customer data must be shared with third parties when necessary for the good function of our overall services, eg. our table booking system which operates with TableFever, NESTA BV guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data.
Also gather we data on performance and interaction from our pages on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and LinkedIn, it flows immediately back to our systems and always is securely treated within our own secured private cloud-stack.
WEBSITE ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics and ZOHO Pagesense for website performance monitoring. Both tools operate within our own private cloud-stack, ensuring all collected data remains secure and compliant with relevant standards. Data is for internal use only to improve our services.
DATA FLOW AND SECURITY
The data flow between TableFever and our CRM system is established through API connections, protected by the OAuth 2.0 Authentication method. This ensures robust data security across all platforms.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations, such as accounting requirements.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data forwarded to another company.
